Couple Mediation

Crackling conflicts? Clarify constructively!
– HOUSE OF MEDIATION

It is not love that is lacking.

Conflicts don’t come with a big bang. They creep up on you. At first, there are small tensions, unspoken thoughts, evasive glances. This is followed by conversations that go nowhere. Misunderstandings. Frustration. Withdrawal. Justifications. And then, at some point, a single sentence – a single word – that makes everything explode.
The situation has reached an impasse; the fronts have hardened. Everyone feels misunderstood – and in the right. Everything has already been said – time and again – and yet nothing has changed. Instead, the conflict dominates everyday life: tension. Sleepless nights. Brooding. Anger. Disappointment. Helplessness. The feeling that things cannot go on like this.

Perhaps you’ve come to terms with it yourself, perhaps you’ve spoken to others – friends, family. Perhaps someone has advised you to draw a line under it once and for all. But is that what you want, or is there still a glimmer of hope deep down? Could there not be a solution after all? A joint solution that is fair, that revives love, that re-forges the bond, where in the end no one is left alone and the shared heart beats once more.

This is where mediation makes the decisive difference. Instead of a separation by compromise, a structured way out of the impasse – with room for plain speaking, mutual understanding and lasting agreements.

Do you recognise yourself here?

Hardened fronts – talks fail time and again

Decisions are not being made because no one is willing to give ground – and every step exacerbates the deadlock. With each attempt, the divide seems to grow wider.

The atmosphere is toxic – everyone feels they are in the right

The conversation swings between accusations, excuses and silence – everyone clings to their own version of the truth and no one feels understood anymore.

Shared experiences getting lost in the fog

The bond is fading, the past is becoming a blur, and the future is uncertain. Increasingly, the conflict is spilling over into our shared circle of friends and family.

You want to look to the future with clarity and confidence again

What do you really long for? To finally breathe deeply, with a clear view of the future – free from pressure, resentment and uncertainty. But without help, there is no common direction in sight.

Would you like to approach your conflict?

Mediation is a well-established method for this task.

Couple Mediation in Munich

My role as your mediator

My role is to guide you and your partner through the process of resolving your dispute. To this end, I am committed to assisting both of you – as parties involved in the conflict – to gain a clearer understanding of your own needs and those of the other one. Additionally, the origins and causes of the conflict will be explored, so that you can recognise familiar patterns in similar situations and avoid unnecessary escalations. Ultimately, the aim is for you as a couple to live happily together until death do you part.
