‘Conflicts always mean: I actually need to take a different path, because the path I have been following so far no longer works’ – Prof. Dr Maren Urner, cognitive and neuroscientist.
Conflicts do not resolve themselves. Taking the first step is almost always the hardest part. In the coaching sessions at HOUSE OF MEDIATIONEN, we provide the know-how to take precisely that step.
We provide the tools to reach a mutually acceptable outcome quickly and efficiently in conflict situations and, where necessary, also act as mediators between the parties in specific disputes.

Assess the current situation in your company quickly and cost-effectively with HOUSE OF MEDIATION’s Conflict Index Assessment.
How does it work?
Our Conflict Index Assessment is a survey developed in accordance with scientific standards. With a total of 20 questions, divided into five sections, signs and causes of conflict and potential consequences can be statistically recorded.
Open-ended questions allow participants to provide additional information and freely express their views on current interpersonal challenges.
Using the results
With the results from our Conflict Index Assessment, you have a clear set of facts at your disposal to make an informed decision on how to proceed.
